Buyer Guidelines

  • NO REFUNDS. All items sold AS IS with no guarantee.

  • All items are sold WHERE IS. You own the item as soon as you win the bid.  We are not responsible for theft or damage after the sale.

  • A 10% Buyers Premium is added to your total purchase if payment is made with cash or approved check.  A 13% Buyers Premium is added to your total purchase if payment is made with debit or credit card.
  • We collect applicable sales tax.

  • A winning bid creates a legal contract to pay. You must PAY IN FULL for all purchases before removing them from the premises.  We accept cash and validated debit/credit cards. NO CHECKS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.

  • We HOLD items for pick-up only by specific agreement. See the Cashier or Floor Boss to make pick-up arrangements. Items left on our premises without notification, or not picked up as agreed, will be disposed of.

  • DO NOT attempt to buy or sell anything on these premises without paying commission / buyers premium. We strictly enforce this rule!

  • This is a reserve auction, meaning that some items have a reserve price that must be met before the item can be sold. The reserve price may or may not be announced by the auctioneer. The auctioneer and the floor boss have the right to bid to protect the reserve. For example, if the reserve on an item is $50, the floor boss may bid up to $49 and then remove the item from the sale if no one bids $50.

  • The Auctioneer declares the winning bidder and price, and his decision is final.

·         The Auction House reserves the right to refuse service to any person at our discretion. We do not tolerate disrespectful behavior or the use of drugs or alcohol on the premises.
